We have planted cool weather peas and snap peas as well.  So this is our first spring dinner of the season and we will serve what we find fresh and local.

Mar 23: Early Spring Dinner in North Georgia – Yesterday was the first day of spring and are we excited for our gardens to start sending up asparagus spears. We have planted cool weather peas and snap peas as well.  So this is our first spring dinner of the season and we will serve what we find fresh and local.  Join us for dinner at $89 per person plus tax and gratuity. The dinner comes with one glass each of the suggested wines. Wine-thirty at 6;30 dinner seating at 7:00pm. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions 48 hours in advance.

Aperitif: Local Sausage Puffs with Roasted Garlic Puree, Glass of Beechwood Inn Wine

Appetizer: Cauliflower Pasta with Pecorino Romano and Rosemary

Salad: Spring Micro-Greens, House Pickles, Aged Sherry Vinaigrette, Grilled Spring Vegetables

Intermezzo: House-Made Fruit and Wine Sorbet

Entree: Local Pork Chop with Apple-Braised Cabbage and Baked Fingerling Potatoes with Fresh Herbs

Dessert: Gayle’s Cheesecake
