February 9: Winter Tuscan Dinner

February 9: Winter Tuscan Dinner: What distinguishes Tuscan food since the time of the Etruscans has been its noble simplicity.  Country cooking attests to the seasonal goodness of garden produce and the perennial splendor of green-gold extra virgin olive oil. Dinner and one glass of each of the suggested wines is $85.00 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Additional wine may be purchased from our wine list.

Join us for some hearty Italian specialties with some wonderful Italian wines. Though it’s often easier to buy factory made pasta in a store, there is something special about making it from scratch at home. Home-made pasta is very tender and you can add herbs and flavors to increase its interest. Also, fresh pasta does not have all the chemicals and agents for preservation. We use 00 (super fine) flour ensuring a wonderful creamy texture.
