Cooking Classes at Beechwood Inn: Here at Beechwood Inn we offer a variety of cooking classes. This is the perfect date night with your special someone or even a girl’s night out. Our Executive Chef and owner David Darugh who studied at the Culinary Institute of America in Napa, Johnson & Wales in Providence Rhode Island, in Dijon, France and in Santa Fe, New Mexico, will teach you how to create the most remarkable meals with only the best farm fresh ingredients.

Prices for the classes vary, a pizza or pasta class will start at $75. If you would like a six-course class it will cost $165 for lodging guests and $175 for non-lodging guests also with tax. You can get copies of all the recipes, the sources for ingredients, and dinner with pristine wine pairings. For the multi-course cooking classes, we then charge a 20% gratuity in addition to the class to facilitate your private table service for dinner.

This past week we had two delightful cooking classes that took place. The classes included ravioli with hand made pasta, micro green salads, wild boar empanadas and much more.
